Phil, we would just like to tell you how much we enjoyed contracting your business–Timber Blind and Shutter Company- to quote and install our timber blinds. Your product is of a high quality, colour coded to exactly the colour of half Hogs Bristle to blend with the room colours-a perfect match. We know how difficult it must have been to measure and install the blinds due to the amount and positioning of the small and large windows we had in our old highset Queenslander. But we were delighted on how perfect the blinds looked, professionally finished with a matching fascia to neatly cover the heads of the venetians. Gavin, the installer, was very thorough and a perfectionist to ensure the venetians fitted and aligned perfectly. He showed consideration and respect for the owner’s property ensuring the polished wooden floor in the room he worked in was protected with a canvas ground cover, and carefully placed the tools he used to avoid any possible damage. He was very polite and offered suggestions on where best to place accessories before installing them. Gavin sets a high standard of what to expect from a trades person – diligent, punctual, efficient, careful and polite. He is an asset for your company. We will be recommending your company to others who are in need of blinds.

We’re so happy with out plantation shutters and are very pleased that we made the decision to spend the extra and go for the Canadian Western Red Cedar. We get the morning sun in the main bedroom and living areas and it can get quite warm during summer, however, have noticed that since we’ve had the shutters installed, our place is cooler. And they look great!
